Founding Monument Legal

Prior to co-founding Monument Legal PC, Mr. Mutimer was a partner at Scrofano Law for over eight years. During his tenure at Scrofano Law, Mr. Mutimer played a pivotal role in expanding the firm from a single office in Washington, D.C., to a firm with law offices in Maryland and Virginia. In 2024, Mr. Mutimer and his partner Jay Mykytiuk left Scrofano Law to start a new firm. The goal of this endeavor was to create a firm that sought a smart, fresh, and streamlined approach to providing aggressive, competent, and caring client representation. With an emphasis being placed on putting the client first and the business second, Monument Legal PC was born.
